Hi, we’re Jon and Brandi Ward, owners of MAPLE CONSULT, and yes, our whirlwind romance turned-future design-build dream team started when we began dating at 19 and 16, respectively. Who knew back then that a mutual love of Mexican food, antiquing, Clemson football, and all things being outdoors would lead to a life so… FULL. Of laughter. Of gratitude. And of genuine happiness.

Fast forward a couple of crazy/ beautiful decades together and we’re proud parents to two daughters—affectionately known as the “A Team”—a few chickens, two Golden Doodles, and a business that allows us to create beautiful, welcoming spaces for families to grow in together, house after house.

WE LOVE WHAT WE DO—AND ESPECIALLY WHO WE DO IT FOR.

• It’s the newlyweds that are building a home for their future.
• The growing families that yearn for more space to create memories of hide-and-seek, birthday parties and lively backyard BBQ’s.
• It’s for the empty nesters ready to redefine “empty nest” with the adventurous chapters before them.

We probably should have known this was always in the cards for us.

With Jon in construction since the age of seven… yes, SEVEN… and Brandi a self-proclaimed teenage furniture rearranger who would go on to get her degree in interior design, together they’ve renovated two of their own homes, as well as built from the ground up, their own home before starting MAPLE CONSULT full time in 2016.

Now, we’re blessed and humbled to use our talents, experience, and passion for designing and custom building homes throughout the Greenville community. With us on your side, you’re well on your way towards building your dream home and a beautiful way of life.
